Essential Information
- Waiver -
All players must complete a waiver, anyone participating who is under the age of 18 must have their waiver completed by a parent/guardian.
In order to ensure a smooth and efficient process, we kindly request all participants to complete the waiver requirement online.
The completion of the waiver is mandatory should you wish to participate in this experience hosted by VentureVR. No participation will be allowed should a waiver not be completed.
- Age Suitability -
Virtual Reality Experiences can be a lot of fun for all ages however children who wish to take part must be at least 7 years old. This is purely due to the design of the games and the technical ability and understanding to the play the game. There is also the arena location to consider and whilst we try to position family/friends we cannot guarantee it. The only exception to this is in party and exclusive hire. Here we allow children younger than 7 but there must be 1 adult per 2 children. There are some games with age restrictions, we will advise you of these.
- Parent/Guardian -
All children aged 9yrs and younger
- MUST have atleast one 18+ year old present as a SPECTATOR ONLY (they must not be participating whilst their child is participating) this is to ensure they are supervised at all times and have someone to help them should they need assistance.
All children aged 10 - 13yrs
- MUST have an 18+ year old present either as a spectator or as a participating player.
- Please note whilst we strive to position family/friends together it is NOT guaranteed due to venue restrictions and arrival of other guests.
We of course are available to help where needed but children aged 13yrs and under remain the responsibility of the attending adult.
All children aged 14 and above
- can attend a session without a parent/guardian present
- MUST still have a waiver completed by an 18+ year old
